A 67-year-old runner and U.S. Citizen was dragged from his car, tackled, pinned down and knelt on by immigration agents in front of children attending a Halloween parade in such an excessive use of force that he suffered six broken ribs and internal bleeding of which many bystanders described as aggressive and unjustified.

Sixteen-year-old U.S. citizen Arnoldo Bazan was beaten, choked and verbally attacked with racial slurs by plain clothed and masked ICE officers outside a restaurant supply-chain store in Houston. When he cried out that he was underage, the agent started to choke him more which was severe enough for a witness to yell out "you're fixing to break his neck." He also said an agent took his phone after they noticed him filming the initial encounter, and he was detained for hours before being released without charges. During the incident his father was also roughed up and kicked. Agents previously cut off the car the father was driving in with his father with two unmarked vehicles and recklessly escalated the situation by smashing the windows after which Arnulfo said he was scared and drove off briefly to escape before stopping again.

DACA recipient and legal resident Jacob Ira Azurin Vijandre was arrested and detained by ICE for social media posts critical of Republican policies

U.S. Citizen activist protestors Ruben Morales and Jessi Olazaba were attacked by ICE agents despite turning around and backing up when told. They pepper sprayed Ruben Morales in the back and tackled him to the ground with such force it ripped his pants, bloodied his knees and scratched his throat and arm. Jessi Olazaba filmed the arrest and an agent knocked off her glasses, pepper sprayed her and shoved her to the ground where she hit the back of her head. Ruben Morales was released without charges and Jessi Olazaba was cited for impeding an arrest despite merely filming their actions from an appropriate distance.

However, the supervisor allegedly helped cover it up by deleting corroborating text messages and videos she showed them from her phone and nobody from immigration followed up with her claims. After her complaint, they started requiring her to wear an ankle monitor, then eventually detained her for weeks and deported her ignoring an emergency legal motion allowing her to stay.

A 16-year-old refugee fleeing gang violence in Ecuador was detained after attending a routine immigration appointment and despite having "special immigration juvenile status."

Peaceful protestors outside a Coast Guard facility were told by ICE agents that they would assault them with their vehicles driving through them without stopping and then immediately proceeded to target them without giving them time to move out of the way shoving one protestor to the ground in the process. They also used their vehicles to target and intimidate protesters who were legally walking in a pedestrian crosswalk and ran over a man's foot.

Reverend Jorge Bautista was shot in the face by a pepper ball at close range despite simply standing peacefully holding a protest sign and also dressed nicely in a suit. It was severe enough for him to be taken to an emergency room where he texted that he was "in a lot of pain."

A 14-year-old girl was dragged out of her family truck by gunpoint during an ICE raid where she fell to the ground resulting in bruising on her ribcage and was then zip-tied. Her mother,Anabel Romero, was shoved to the ground and was kicked repeatedly resulting in bruising of her ribs and shoulder despite holding her hands empty in the air waiting for instruction. They also put a gun to her head and said they were going to "f%#king blow her head off." She was zip-tied as well and asked to go back to her children of which the agent laughed and said, "we're taking better care of them." They were detained for 3 hours despite telling them her social security number and date of birth and that she had her ID in their truck.

State Rep. Hoan Huynh's vehicle was surrounded by six federal immigration agents with one officer having their gun drawn who prevented him from following an unmarked vehicle which he had the legal right to do.

Ruben Torres Maldonado had his truck windows smashed as he was surrounded by four masked ICE agents outside of a Home Depot and taken into custody. He was detained for two weeks despite being eligible for special immigration consideration because his high school daughter was battling Stage 4 cancer and had just returned home from nearly 40 days of inpatient chemotherapy. He had no criminal record and had lived in the US for 22 years.

ICE also ignored claims from the young man and detained him in their vehicle for hours before releasing him without charges.

A 15-year-old American citizen peacefully protesting excessive use of force by CBP agents was slammed to the ground, cuffed and held down so hard he cried out "my neck, my neck" after which they pushed him down even harder. Then he was detained by agents in a federal building garage for five hours without informing his family, stating any charges, or allowing him to call an attorney.

ICE chased two people for 30 minutes from their white SUV -- not because they were a danger but because they were undocumented. As a result, an Uber driver almost got hit by their vehicle and a parked car got damaged when they rammed the vehicle they were chasing despite the fact that ramming vehicles is against local Chicago PD procedures in all scenarios.

The ICE agents apparently were unhappy the group was filming them earlier to hold them accountable-- obstinately for completely and utterly egregious acts exactly like this. After the incident became public, DHS propagandist Tricia McLaughlin smeared the 18-year-old woman as a criminal and laughably claimed the quite obviously federal immigration officers were Chicago PD instead.

U.S. citizen and Portlander Frank Miranda was threatened by masked ICE agents that "we're gonna put you in cuffs or you're gonna get the dog" after which he was struck from behind, handcuffed and put in a van in which his legs were kicked out from under him and was told he would be sitting on the floor. He was driven to an ICE facility where he was held for several hours without access to a lawyer before being released without charges or any explanation of his detainment.

The father of a US Marine was detained by ICE during a routine visit with his U.S. Marine son and U.S. Marine daughter at Camp Pendleton, San Diego, despite having a current legal work visa, a pending green card application and having lived in the United States for more than 30 years.

ICE agents surrounded two women in a small SUV waiting in a school pickup line and pulled them out even though they reportedly didn't have a warrant while terrified children and parents looked on.

U.S. Citizen and WGN Chicago employee Debbie Brockman was forced to the ground, handcuffed and battered in a way that exposed her buttocks while walking to a bus top in a northside neighborhood and was detained for seven hours despite no evidence of any wrongdoing and finally was released without charges.

A woman's car is hit by ICE agents which is clearly their fault. But instead of responding reasonably acknowledging their role in causing the accident, they violently dragged the woman from her car and threw her to the ground in an egregiously excessive use of force perhaps triggered by her honking at them for blocking the road in an unmarked vehicle. The SUV doesn't turn normally to leave the scene and instead makes an overly wide turn -- perhaps in an attempt to intimidate bystanders filming them from the sidewalk -- which is abnormal for someone continuing straight. So, the woman probably thinks it's fine to finally pass. But the SUV driver veers quickly back into the street as if they were not paying attention and sideswipes the woman trying to get by.

Reverend David Black, dressed in all black and peacefully protesting with his hands open in a non-threatening, way was shot in the head and body multiple times with pepper balls without any warning.

Los Angeles resident Bayron Rovidio Marin suffered a broken leg during an immigration raid on the car wash he worked at and was handcuffed to a hospital bed for 37 days without any charges and was prevented from making phone calls, seeing family members and having proper access to lawyers. ICE agents were in his room 24 hours a day including during consults with his doctor.

A man dressed in an inflatable frog costume during a peaceful protest against ICE -- who obviously could not pose the slightest threat because of the sheer awkwardness of his satirical outfit -- was pepper sprayed directly in the air intake for the costume posing a severe medical risk.

Multiple bystanders near the Rico Fresh Mexican market of the Logan Square neighborhood in Chicago were subjected to a needlessly thrown smoke grenade. Multiple drivers had to stop and a couple with a 2-year-old had to rush to safety. The behavior was severe enough for the Chicago PD to open an investigation.

Chicago Alderwoman Jessie Fuentes was handcuffed by plain-clothed ICE agents and forced out of a hospital for merely challenging the constitutionality of their detainment of an immigrant without a warrant.

Four reporters\photojournalists for the Chicago news outlet Block Club "were hit with pepper balls by federal officers at the Broadview ICE facility and were at risk of enduring other forms of force, despite standing on public ways and apart from the crowd, wearing visible press credentials, and displaying other visible indications they were there as members of the press.”

Chicago suburban police officers were routinely "verbally abused" by ICE agents at a local facility including one calling an officer a "fascist" who "wasn't doing his job."

Dan Jones, a resident of an apartment building in the South Shore neighborhood of Chicago, had multiple items missing including his mattress and iPad and his clothes and shoes strewn on the floor after agents broke down his door when he was not home with no cause or reason to target him negligently and without the slightest care leaving it wide open and unprotected when they left.

CBS News Chicago reporter Asal Rezaei was assaulted with pepper balls in her open truck window on a public street by a masked ICE agent from around 50 feet away inside their facility's fenceline. The area was quiet and desolate, and she had turned to leave when the pepper ball struck her. White powder covered her face which was "on fire" for 10 minutes or so according to the victim who also vomited because of it. The town's police chief later announced a "criminal investigation into an allegedly unprovoked attack on a CBS Chicago TV news reporter's vehicle by a chemical munition."

Silverio Villegas-Gonzalez was shot and killed by a plain clothed ICE agent driving an unmarked car who claimed he was in danger but immediately afterwards described his injuries as "nothing major". Law enforcement experts who examined videos of the incident noted multiple reckless and unprofessional actions taken by the agents that went against standard training practices which contributed to this tragic death.

ICE illegally erected a fence on public property outside their Broadview suburban Chicago facility without a permit that blocked the fire department's access to the road causing a safety hazard and refused for weeks to remove it until the last minute of a court ordered deadline.

Chicago suburban police officers and reporters were exposed to mace and tear gas used by ICE in an excessive use of force that escalated tensions with protesters outside a local facility and violated an agreement to give the local police department advance notice whenever chemical agents were going to be used.

And the abjectly evil fascists they are, his pleas about them hurting him were met with "You don't F with ICE." He suffered multiple broken ribs, deep bruising, a gruesome injury to his arm and damage to his brain from being slammed headfirst into the ground. He was detained for hours without his wife knowing where he was despite him yelling that he had proof he was a U.S. citizen in his wallet and five of his employees were also detained without looking at his claims of proof he had that his employees were authorized to be on the job. Mr. Shouhed filed a $50M lawsuit over the excessive use of force by the fascist ICE thugs.

U.S. citizen Javier Ramirez was detained in a Montebello ICE raid and jailed for four days before finally seeing a judge despite repeatedly telling agents he was a citizen.

U.S. citizen and Iraq War veteran George Retes was driving to his job as a security guard where he was stopped at an ICE roadblock -- and despite not resisting or posing a threat, even backing up when told to -- ICE thugs broke his window, teargassed and pepper sprayed him and forced him to the ground where two of their degenerates put knees to his neck and back. Despite him having a valid ID, he was detained by ICE fascists for three days in an isolation cell and not allowed to shower despite the exposure to toxic chemicals. Additionally, he was denied access to a lawyer or a hearing with a judge and prevented from making phone calls. His family had no contact with him and no idea where he was and he missed his daughter's third birthday.

A 15-year-old boy with significant speech and hearing disabilities was wrongfully handcuffed, detained and separated from his mother by border patrol agents for several minutes after they aggressively pointed their guns and a taser at him and his mother outside his high school. They ostensibly downplayed the incident as a case of mistaken identity because they are as inept and incompetent as they are thuggish. His mother characterized the aftermath of the traumatic incident as: "He says he has nightmares. He doesn't want to go to school. Every day I have to wake him up, and it's just so hard for him."

U.S. citizens George and Esmeralda Doilez regret voting for Donald Trump after they were racially profiled, detained and searched for 30 minutes by "goons in masks in unmarked vehicles chasing down American citizens just because of the color of their skin." They further ranted on the agents' wearing masks saying, "Who does that? Criminals do that. Robbers and thieves do that. Kidnappers do that."

20-year-old legal U.S. resident and Purdue University student Yeonsoo Go was handcuffed and then detained for several days in a Louisiana facility after a routine hearing to extend her legal Visa

U.S. citizen and high school senior Kenny Laynez was told by Border Patrol agents that "You got no rights here. You're an amigo, brother" during a traffic stop in which he said the occupants were not resisting. However, the agents escalated things tasing one passenger in the stomach causing him to fall and spasm and grabbing another by the hair & neck. A hidden smartphone also recorded one agent saying "They're starting to resist more. We're gonna end up shooting some of them." Which was followed with a reply from another who said, "Just remember, you can smell that too with a $30,000 bonus."

A permanent US resident with a Green Card for 35 years since he was 5 and working on a PhD researching a vaccine for Lyme disease was detained for a week by CBP without access to an attorney and then detained for more than a month at an ICE facility for a minor marijuana charge back in 2011 that was supposed to have been expunged from his record.

Kids practicing with the esteemed Harlem Baseball Hitting Academy were accosted by ICE goons who harassed them with questions including "Where are you from? Where are your parents from?" and when the coach intervened and reminded the agents of how the Constitution works after recognizing their uniforms an agent glibly responded "Oh, another YouTube lawyer"

Afghani Interpreter Zia S. -- who risked his life for U.S. forces in Afghanistan over a five-year period -- was detained by ICE at a routine immigration appointment after the Trump administration disgracefully revoked his two-year special temporary legal status a year early while he was still in the process of getting a green card. They issued an order to expedite his deportation in a process that would preclude a hearing in immigration court and force him to return to Afghanistan where the threat to his life would be severe. With pressure from his lawyer and two U.S. Senators, the order to expedite his deportation was cancelled but not after three weeks of angst endured by him and his family. Zia was held at the ICE facility for three months away from his wife and five children. He was not allowed outside once during his detainment which was especially difficult for him as he routinely enjoyed hour long walks in nature with his wife. Most of his time was spent in a two-person room with a small window that he was allowed to leave only three times a day to visit common spaces and watch TV.

30-year-old Green Card holder Mahmoud Khalil was detained by ICE for 100 days at a facility 1000 miles away from his family in New York City without charges for online posts critical of Republican policies during which he also missed the birth of his son.

Legal U.S. residents Sara Lopez Garcia and her mother were deported to Colombia despite having a work permit and a pending Green Card application. They detained her one day before her graduation and just weeks before her wedding.

54-year-old Matilde, who sells tamales with a street permit and has lived undocumented in California for 29 years without incident, was traumatized by masked immigration agents who charged at her without asking questions or producing a warrant. One grabbed her from behind with such considerable force she cried out multiple times that she couldn't breathe. Despite her panicked pleas, the agent holding her actually pulled tighter continuing to apply excessive force until she lost consciousness. When she regained consciousness, the agents left her sitting there and prevented a bystander who identified herself as a nurse from attending to her. And when eventually taken to the hospital after a bystander -- not immigration agents -- called for an ambulance, it was found out she suffered a minor heart attack.

U.S. citizen Brayan Ramos-Brito was forcefully shoved by a federal immigration agent without provocation during a legal protest outside a government building. He was charged with assaulting government officials, but a jury took just one hour to find him not guilty after video proved the agent was the aggressor.

Yessenia Ruano spent 14 years building a life in the U.S. after fleeing human trafficking in El Salvador, raising two U.S.-citizen children, teaching at Milwaukee’s bilingual public school and serving as a valued community member. Facing impending detention and deportation by ICE, she made the impossible decision to self-deport back to El Salvador with her children.
