ICE and CBP Agents Mocking or Laughing at People

A teenager named Anthony was trying to get needed, live saving heart medication to his detained 58-year-old father and was cruelly laughed at by ICE agents instead. According to Anthony, "I gave an ICE agent my dad's medicine, but I'm not sure if he got it because the ice agent just smirked at me. He laughed in my face." He had to return with lawyers and medical professionals to ensure his father received the medication.

Francisco Chan Reyes was racially profiled by ICE agents who swarmed his vehicle, immediately smashed his window without any warning, pepper sprayed him and handcuffed him face down in the pavement suffering a head injury and burns. One agent laughed as he withered in pain. He was detained for hours as his valid paperwork and work permit were falsely called into question.

Reverend Kenny Callaghan had an ICE agent point a gun in his face and ask, "are you afraid now?" for simply telling him to stop harassing a woman. He was detained for 30 minutes during which the agent repeatedly returned to ask if he was "afraid yet" and then finally let go without any charges after which the agent made a racist comment, "You’re white anyway. You wouldn’t be any fun."

An ICE goon took a rose from a makeshift memorial to Renee Good who their fellow agent murdered and mockingly placed it in his lapel as he walked back and then gave it to a female agent after which they both laughed.

They also put a gun to her head and said they were going to "f%#king blow her head off." She was zip-tied as well and asked to go back to her children of which the agent laughed and said, "we're taking better care of them." They were detained for 3 hours despite telling them her social security number and date of birth and that she had her ID in their truck.

Children were zip-tied and detained in "dark vans" for hours of which some were separated from their parents and others completely naked after an ICE raid on an apartment building in the South Shore neighborhood of Chicago. One agent was observed laughing and said "f#$k them kids" after a neighbor questioned their actions.

Afghanistan War Veteran Daryn Herzberg was violently tackled to the ground from behind by an agent while peacefully protesting outside an ICE facility to the side of their driveway. The incident resulted in "sharp pains when I lay on my left or right side" of which he "can’t get sleep very well." Three days later he was accosted again by four agents suffering a concussion, cuts, scrapes and bruises during which one agent said, "you’re not talking s#$t anymore, are you?" The excessive use of force was egregious enough to warrant a $150k lawsuit against DHS.

U.S. citizen and high school senior Kenny Laynez was told by Border Patrol agents that "You got no rights here. You're an amigo, brother" during a traffic stop in which he said the occupants were not resisting. However, the agents escalated things tasing one passenger in the stomach causing him to fall and spasm and grabbing another by the hair & neck. A hidden smartphone also recorded one agent saying "They're starting to resist more. We're gonna end up shooting some of them." Where are your parents from?" and when the coach intervened and reminded the agents of how the Constitution works after recognizing their uniforms an agent glibly responded "Oh, another YouTube lawyer"
